The staff here went out of their way to be helpful. 😊 I got a room with a super comfy bed, plus there was in-room coffee and a desk to work at.

The place is beautiful and staff was very friendly. Great location if you're looking to be away from everyone and looking for quiet time.

Everything was about 5 miles away. Nothing was close by.

The museum and the hotel were ok.

Disappointed in the location and lack of facilities. It was like staying in a ghost town. Other than the museum, the hotel with a less than stellar restaurant, and the "Caddyshack" bar/grill next door, everything (all the retail space) is closed (other than the golf course). Had to drive 10 min. to get out of there and another 20min to St. Augustine.

Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with a super comfy bed 🛏️ and a great view, which was just perfect for me.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with eager staff who provide amazing service. the location is magnificent, right by stores, Florida for the TPC Sawgrass tournament, and Saint Augustine for a college graduation. the staff is consistently courteous.

Fairly clean hotel with BEAUTIFUL amenities. Location near to World Golf Village/Museum, Saint Augustine for a college graduation and the coffee shop. Great choice for trip.

The room was immaculate and decently sized, complete with a rollaway bed and a beautiful view. The pool was nice, and I enjoyed the good drinks at the coffee bar.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and quiet area. The continental breakfast was fantastic, featuring a variety of options like capers and an omelette station. Additionally, the free internet access was a plus. The location is marvelous, with a well-manicured boardwalk and the World Golf Village/Museum located next door. A lovely lake is also just a 5-minute walk from the property.

The firework show was pretty. The pool was nice.

We booked a king bed and then weren't any king beds available when we got there. All the restaurants had an hour + wait, there was absolutely no parking, and there were brown stains all over the bedding and curtains. They stuck us in a room with a terrible view, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the vending machine on our floor was out of order. We tried all night and were not able to take a turn at the pool table. Definitely need at least three or four pool tables.

Thanks a lot for such a really nice stay for a night. Renaissance hotel offers awesome breakfast and spotless rooms. Everyone who works in the property is super friendly and accommodating. The location is great and stunning. They have parking onsite. I had such a great time during my stay at the Renaissance hotel in St. Augustine. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and it was convenient to have onsite parking.

This place is beyond compare, clean, nestled in a nice building with exceptional and very welcoming staff - loved it!
