The breakfast options were tasty and the coffee was a nice touch to start the day. I did wish the Wi-Fi was complimentary, but overall, it was a wonderful experience ☕

The museum and the hotel were ok.
Disappointed in the location and lack of facilities. It was like staying in a ghost town. Other than the museum, the hotel with a less than stellar restaurant, and the "Caddyshack" bar/grill next door, everything (all the retail space) is closed (other than the golf course). Had to drive 10 min. to get out of there and another 20min to St. Augustine.

The place is beautiful and staff was very friendly. Great location if you're looking to be away from everyone and looking for quiet time.
Everything was about 5 miles away. Nothing was close by.

The firework show was pretty. The pool was nice.
We booked a king bed and then weren't any king beds available when we got there. All the restaurants had an hour + wait, there was absolutely no parking, and there were brown stains all over the bedding and curtains. They stuck us in a room with a terrible view, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the vending machine on our floor was out of order. We tried all night and were not able to take a turn at the pool table. Definitely need at least three or four pool tables.

The customer service was the highlight, especially with john the porter and aly the concierge. They provided great tips for our day and made our reservation mix-up easy. The room had a lovely view and there was plenty of quality coffee available. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions.

The staff offered quick check-in and support while I settled in. One staff member even carried my bags to my room without hesitation. My room had a nice view, and the wi-fi was free thanks to my membership. I appreciated having the option to log into my streaming services on the TV, helpful during my downtime.
The air conditioning was loud and disruptive. I dealt with some confusion regarding my reservation on the last day, which caused me additional stress.

The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms could definitely use an update, and there were some issues with noise from outside and maintenance. A pleasant experience, just with a few areas needing improvement.
